Shipping And Order Status All orders will be shipped from one of our 9 store locations within Hawaii. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation and order number. As soon as your items have shipped you will receive another email with your UPS or USPS tracking number. Please keep in mind that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped from more than 1 location, so it’s possible that you will receive more than 1 email, and more than 1 package. Domestic Shipping We offer FREE UPS 2nd Day Air on all orders over $100.00 within the USA!
UPS 2nd Day Air All UPS shipments man be tracked via the UPS web site. 2nd Day Air orders should be delivered 2-3 business days after the day it is picked up from our store location. We do not via UPS to P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO. USPS Priority Insured USPS Priority Insured should be delivered in 3-5 business days after the day it is picked up from our store location. USPS allows us to ship to P.O. boxes and U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Bahamas, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands). Hawaii Inter-Island Shipments Even though we only list UPS 2nd Day here on our shipping charts, all UPS shipments being sent inter-island within the state of Hawaii will be sent using UPS Next Day service. The cost is the same - $9.00 for orders less then $100.00, and FREE for all orders over $100.00. APO/FPO Addresses As a service to our men and women in the armed forces, we will ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail insured. The cost is the same as listed above - $9.00 for orders less then $100.00, and FREE for all orders over $100.00. Unfortunately, there is no delivery confirmation or tracking to APO/FPO addresses. International Shipping Sandal Tree has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.
