Returns
Every shipment we send to you will include a packing slip. The bottom portion of this packing slip is a pre-printed return address label that you can cut off and use to return merchandise. Please include the upper portion of the packing slip inside the return package. Because you are responsible for picking up the shipping charges on any returns, you may send your return using the shipping method of your choice. But please note that your return shipment must be postmarked within 15 days of your receiving it.
If you should receive an item that is defective, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion and may apply a restocking fee. We do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty.
Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us before sending the merchandise back to be sure we have the desired item available and to insure that it will be held for you until we receive your return.
Merchandise
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and in saleable condition. Please make sure that you have bonded with your new shoes before wearing them on a rough surface! You are welcome to return all merchandise that is unworn and in saleable condition.
Footwear must include its original shoe box where applicable, and the box must be in its original condition without postal labels. Any damages to or omission of this box may result in a restocking fee.
Handbags and accessories must have their tags and labels still attached, and the original packaging materials must be included.
Sale Items
If you scored some of our great merchandise at a reduced or sale price, please be aware that sale items may be returned for exchange or credit only. No refunds will be given on sale merchandise.
Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we will process it by crediting the same credit card account with which your original purchase was made. If your original purchase was made using an added value or gift card, we will issue you a new one. Please allow up to two weeks (14 days) for us to process your return.
