Returns & Exchanges

 

Every one of our shipments will include a packing slip with the items. The bottom portion of this packing slip is a pre-printed return address label that you can cut off and use to return merchandise. Please include the upper portion of the packing slip inside the return package. Because you are responsible for paying the shipping charges on any returns, you may send your return using the shipping method of your choice.  However, please note that your return shipment must be postmarked within 15 days of your receiving it. 


 

RETURNED MERCHANDISE
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and in saleable condition.  No returns on worn or discounted merchandise or for lost or broken ornaments on embellished shoes. Footwear must include its original shoe box where applicable, and the box must be in its original condition without postal labels. Any damages to or omission of this box may result in a restocking fee. Handbags and accessories must have their tags and labels still attached, and the original packaging materials must be included. 
 

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you should receive an item that is defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return. Any claims made after this period will only be accepted at our discretion and a restocking fee may be applied. We do not manufacture our products and therefore cannot offer a warranty. However, if the brand does offer a warranty on their products and it is necessary to return to the retailer you purchased the item from, we can assist you with that process.
 

EXCHANGES
If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us before sending the merchandise back to be sure we have the desired item available and to ensure that it will be held for you until we receive your return. 
 


SALE MERCHANDISE
If you scored some of our great merchandise at a reduced or sale price, please be aware that sale items may be returned for exchange or credit only. No refunds will be given on sale merchandise. 
 


RETURN PROCESSING 
Once we receive your return, we will process it by crediting the same credit card account with which your original purchase was made.   Please allow 3-5 business days for this transaction to reflect on your account.  If your original purchase was made using an added value or gift card, we will issue you a new one.
